Well pigmented but came off and stuck to my contacts
I love a kohl liner in my waterline, so I was super excited to try this for that purpose! It went on so smoothly and was so pigmented, which I loved. However, it came off onto my contacts as easy as it went on, so I wasn't able to continue using it as a contact wearer.
