Absolutely love this creamy, pigmented liner!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeliner is so creamy! I absolutely love how pigmented it is, it glides onto the eyes easily. Its super black but if you're only tightlining your top lid, it may transfer to your bottom waterline. It doesn't smudge beyond the waterline though and I have extremely watery eyes. I love how easy it is to use.

If you're looking for an eyeliner pencil just soft enough to glide on your waterline, this is PERFECT. The formula is nice and creamy with a satin finish and intense black pigment. And despite its softness, it lasts all day with ease. This product is proof that you don't need to spend big bucks to get a solid black pencil.
Great pigment, poor longevity
I gave this product 3 stars because while it glides on smoothly and is very pigmemted (typical for this brand) it is NOT waterproof nor smudge proof. I purchased this specifically because the packaging says waterproof. Tested it out on the lower lashline two days in a row, with and without mascara (just in case) and by the end of the day (honestly halfway through the day) I looked like a raccoon. It's unfortunate because it really is a nice eyeliner. I probably won't repurchase.
