Clean brand with amazing quality!
Love coming to the ULTA on Hall Road in Macomb Michigan. It's my favourite location!! Ulta brand eyeliner is one of the cleanest brands out there, and the quality is impressive!
Dries out super quick. Not worth the price.
The felt tip end was great the first 3-4 uses, but then was super dried out (the cap was not left off at all). The gel tip might as well be a #2 pencil - super dry and crumbly. If I pressed hard enough that it would actually leave a mark, it broke.
Perfect for hooded eyes
Hands down the best liquid eyeliner for hooded eyes! I have tried SO many brands and was skeptical considering the price point, but don't sleep on this one. Stays on even through sweat and tears, doesn't transfer after a quick few seconds to dry. My go to eyeliner for the past few years now. The gel part is fine, nothing special but does go on smooth. Will transfer to my upper eyelid but is a nice option for a smudgy eye.

I bought this for the promotion of spending a certain amount and I am glad I did bc its my first dual eyeliner and I like it. very convenient if you use both liquid and pencil as I do. Just got it today and it's holding up and wearing well. I do recommend this. it's long lasting and so easy having both in 1.
