Smells so good, has great hold! Doesn't make my hair greasy or gross feeling. Super easy spray bottle, love this finishing spray and it leaves a nice shine.
My tried and true texture spray
I love Kristen Ess's line of products and have purchased this texture spray multiple times; this is now my fourth bottle. I adore its fragrance, which is reminiscent of a high-end perfume. It adds a lovely shine and holds to my hair, creating nice waves and texture without feeling stiff.

I received this texture spray complimentary from Kristin Ess in exchange for my honest review. I really don't like the smell as it just sort of reeks to me and doesn't smell good. Also, incredibly hard to push the spray button . So much so, that I just gave up on using it all together. Maybe I got a bad bottle but that really turned me away from the product.

To be honest, the difference for me was very slight when using this product. I tend to sweat a lot and I'll put my hair up in a bun for a little bit to get it off my neck. The texture spray, paired with my dry shampoo, helps my hair stay decent-looking throughout the day. The scent is distinct, but not overwhelming. I think someone else with curlier hair would have greater success with this product.

So I have only tried this spray with my hair curly and still want to try with my hair straight. I like it so far. It did not make my hair hard or crunchy. It did hold my hair however I need to use more to see if it really keeps hold longer. I had a hard time because the button to press down to spray was really really hard . I did not like this at all. I don't know if mine was defective or these are all like this. This made it hard for me to use and I would pass on using it if that's the case. The sent was okay.
