Q
How does this product compare to the dark oil mask? I have very frizzy, course, thick hair. What is going to hydrate and help with the frizz?
Asked by Samantha
Official Answer By Sebastian
The treatment is to be used once or twice a week for 3-5 minutes prior to rinsing. It helps hydrate the hair and provide a full-bodied style. The Dark Oil mask nourishes the hair while keeping it's natural body. It will make your hair shiny ans silky. For coarse hair I would recommend the dark oil.Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Is Sebastian a cruelty free brand and does your product have any animal ingredients? Thanks in advance for your answer.
Asked by UrbanLady
Official Answer By Sebastian
So we may better assist you which products are you looking at? At Coty, we do not test our products on animals and are committed to ending animal testing across our industry. All our products are safe and have been developed, manufactured and packaged in compliance with the laws, regulations and guidelines that are applicable in each country in which they are sold. Coty’s human safety experts review our ingredients, as well as the finished products, by applying the best science, based on the use of recognized alternatives to animal testing, existing safety data and, increasingly, the sharing of such data with other parties and industries. Some governments or agencies stipulate the testing of finished products on animals in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements. An example is China, where we continue to be involved in the dialogue with the Chinese authorities, including through our active membership of industry groups, to find alternatives to their use of animal testing. As part of our commitment to ending animal testing in the beauty industry, Coty has gone one step further than not testing on animals and formed a strategic partnership with Cruelty Free International (CFI), the leading organization working to end animal testing for cosmetics globally. Given our size and scale, this partnership focuses on the following: COVERGIRL is the largest makeup brand ever to receive the Leaping Bunny Certification, following a rigorous audit of the brand’s supply chain and ingredients. We are going to explore Leaping Bunny certification for other brands and certify at least one other brand to the Leaping Bunny standard by 2020. We will use the knowledge we have gained about the global supply chain Leaping Bunny certification process to help drive more responsible practices across the beauty industry. We will support Cruelty Free International in advocating for regulatory changes to end animal testing for cosmetics globally Was this answer helpful to you

Great product

I bought the Drench shampoo and conditioner, loved them, and decided to try this as well. The product works very well on my thick, curly, colored hair and I've been very happy at how much healthier, shiny, bouncy, and less frizzy my hair is after using. My only disappointment is that the smell is mu...

Not 100% perfect but z I'd give it 90. Even higher when used with a serum like Olaplex 9 after. Yea, it IS worth the money

I used this up pretty quickly. Nothing about it stood out to me. I think I got it in October, used it up by December or maybe even sooner, and haven't thought about it since, till I seen it in my purchase history when looking at my orders for a shade of something I purchased. And I'm bored while I'm staying up late for no reason after my sweet boy went to bed. I have mid-back length hair, thick and can be frizzy, wavy and hard to manage when air dried, or when the weather isn't hair friendly. It just wasn't a lot of product. I keep looking for that special hair mask or conditioner that'll stick with me and I'm not having much luck. I don't recall anything to write home about.

This treatment did not do anything for my hair. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. For the price, I expected to see and feel results. I would not recommend this product.
