Dip doe foot applicator into the product. can be applied directly to the eyelid using small, short strokes with the flat side of the applicator for even application. To blend out harsh edges, use your finger with gentle patting motions, or a brush with synthetic bristles. Allow product to dry down.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
