I have thick 4c hair, and this product didn't do much for me. Directions say to use 1-2 pumps- definitely not for thick hair like mine. I used probably 2 pumps per section. My daughter has curly hair and uses Shea Moisture curl shampoo and conditioner. We got a chance to use California Naturals conditioner and she loves it! Her hair feels amazing and smooth and soft! We will continue using this.

It made my hair feel "rough" instead of smooth. I do not like the smell of it it smells like it got an "earthy" or "woodsy" scent that I don't like.

I have kinky curly hair and sometimes finding the right products that moisturize and coat the hair can be a challenge. I liked that this conditioner moisturizers the hair but you have to use a lot to get it to coat the hair. I do like that it has a lot of natural ingredients which is a plus.

The first thing I noticed was the scent—it has a soft, floral "rose garden" fragrance that isn't overpowering but still feels fresh and pleasant. If you like subtle, natural-smelling products, this is a plus. In terms of performance, it does a good job of adding moisture without weighing my hair down. My curls felt softer and more manageable after a few uses, and it definitely helped reduce frizz, especially on humid days. It also makes detangling easier, which is a big win.

After using this conditioner, my wavy hair air dried frizz free. The conditioner has a nice natural rose scent that isn't overpowering and doesn't linger. It made detangling my hair in the shower super easy. It's a nice large bottle too! I received this product for free from California Naturals in exchange for my honest review.
