My only disappointment that I have had in the past two consecutive shipments are the lipstick was not properly wrapped. It appeared that the lipsticks were both open. I now have to call once again to order a replacement because my other lipsticks were properly sealed and for some reason this lipstick twice is not had the proper cellophane wrapping.
