I'm very disappointed with this product. Only one end of the pen opens! The lip plumping end does not screw open. I want a replacement, please.

I'm on a health journey and I'm in the process of quitting smoking. I have one very prominent smokers crack on my top lip. This has genuinely smoothed it out. It's not totally gone but you can definitely tell a difference.
