FYI
Many are saying it smells like cigarettes. Let me explain a bit better, real black castor oil has a slight hint of an ash tray. After it soaks in a bit the smell does dissipate or maybe its just that I've gotten used to it? My husband has never conplained. Him being sensitive to scents he would tell...

DO NOT BUT WITH INTENTIONS OF GROWING EYELASHES
i was aware that this was not dupposed to go in your eye but i figured eyelashes were okay since it was already recommended to go on your face (eyebrows). The first day was OK but the second day when I put the castor oil on my eyelashes with a spoli. I woke up with a very dry eye and pain- being abl...

Game changer for adult acne and winter skin
I am 49 years old and still struggle with adult acne. This is especially a problem in the winter when my skin does not see the sun for months. This product has completely cured all of my skin issues. It's also helping my hyper pigmentation. I started using it all over my body as it softens stretch marks and is deeply hydrating. My skin has never felt softer or looked more healthy in my entire life. I wish I would've found it sooner. I don't mind the smell whatsoever, but you could put a few drops of essential oil in the bottle to change it to your liking.
Good stuff
I think the product smells like castor oil, its not pleasant, but not horrible. The smell goes away after you wash it out of your hair/off your face. It literally says dont use this product around your eyes.. so the comments saying they got weird reactions are probably because its not an eye safe product.. However, it does work wonderfully for my skin and eyelid excema as long as I dont get it literally in my eyes. My hair loves this stuff as well, hard to shampoo out, but it leaves your hair super soft and is great for moisturizing skin, curls, eyebrows, etc. Highly recommend for acne prone skin as well, it helps with moisturizing my skin and is great under makeup too. I believe castor oil is non comedogenic so it is acne safe
FYI
Many are saying it smells like cigarettes. Let me explain a bit better, real black castor oil has a slight hint of an ash tray. After it soaks in a bit the smell does dissipate or maybe its just that I've gotten used to it? My husband has never conplained. Him being sensitive to scents he would tell me if he could smell it or if I walked around smelling like cigarettes. So the smell really isn't too bad. The results are worth the slightly unappealing smell. My skin has been night and day since using it and my lashes and brows have had so much more growth than prior to using. I've been using for about a year now and this is my go to skin routine morning and night. Before using, my skin was beyond oily and acne prone. This product helps maintain clear skin. When initially putting it on it gives you a healthy glow then soaks in moisturizing nicely. I exfoliate then use this to moisturize. Im telling you, you'll love this.

The first day was OK but the second day when I put the castor oil on my eyelashes with a spoli. I woke up with a very dry eye and pain- being able to only keep eye open for a second. my one eye looks like i have an awful case of pink eye. + it smells like straight cigarettes
It's a No for me
Didnt work for me, have tried different castor oils and none have helped my eyebrows/eyelashes grow. As for the smell no complaints since im aware that castor oil has a cigarette like smell.
