They see me rollin' - NOT
I'm opening like so many other reviews..... I wanted to love this but it doesn't work well. It drags bad unless you glob a thin/sorta thin consistency product where you're rolling. What's worse is that IT PULLS OUT LASHES when it touches them 😱 I only have real lashes so loosing a couple is a very big deal to me. In my opinion, that's its fatal flaw. Def returning.
Poor Quality
I love so many of Sacheu tools and they're usually really high quality, but this was a huge flop. The second I took it out of the box, the ball fell off. It's supposed to come off to clean and it's magnetized… but shouldn't it at least stay put a little?! Light movement of the wand and the ball was flying off and to the floor. Never even got to use it because it wouldn't stay put and the quality was just awful. Super disappointed.
Skipped more than rolled
I wanted this for around the eye area but it dragged on the skin, the ball didn't move. It seems better on thicker skin such as around the jawline and neck.
