This product lists Citric Acid as an ingredient, is that the same as using a Vitamin C type of a treatment on your face? Or are they still considered different from each other? - Official Answer By ExuvianceExuviance Daily Resurfacing Peel CA10 and Exuviance AF Vitamin C 20% Serum Capsules would not be considered the same (different actives). CA10 is Citric Acid and the Vitamin C Capsules is Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid). We recommend using Daily Resurfacing Peel CA10 in the daytime. In the evening, we recommend AF Vitamin C 20% Serum Capsules. Follow with a moisturizer or other anti-aging treatment, if desired. Use once daily as tolerated. Bummed out a bit

It is supposed to. Dead skin on your face. I have been using it for two weeks now and have not seen any results whatsoever. My face did not break out, but I do not think that it helped other than that. It does make my face feel very soft and it is not dry. I just feel like maybe needs a little bit longer time, but my face does feel tight. Which I do love.
