This product lists Citric Acid as an ingredient, is that the same as using a Vitamin C type of a treatment on your face? Or are they still considered different from each other? - Official Answer By ExuvianceExuviance Daily Resurfacing Peel CA10 and Exuviance AF Vitamin C 20% Serum Capsules would not be considered the same (different actives). CA10 is Citric Acid and the Vitamin C Capsules is Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid). We recommend using Daily Resurfacing Peel CA10 in the daytime. In the evening, we recommend AF Vitamin C 20% Serum Capsules. Follow with a moisturizer or other anti-aging treatment, if desired. Use once daily as tolerated. Decent!
I do like this resurfacing peel but I wouldn't say its anything more special that other resurfacing pads I've tried before. This product also leaves the face feeling a little tacky as most resurfacing peels in my experience. My skin is left soft however and my pores look better. I have received this product as a gift

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The product was nice and seemed to do what it claims. The pads were a bit thin but still able to rub on entire face with pad moistened. I liked that resurfaced feeling on my face wasn't to harsh on my skin. I felt my face did absorb and felt clean afterwards. I do recommend maybe not for everyday use. I did 3 days a week so far and face feels smooth. Happy with product.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I tried this product both in the morning underneath my makeup and at night after washing my face and prefer to use it in the evening because it makes your skin feel tight, like there is dried glue on it. The pads are small but still managed to cover my entire face. I used this product for several days and didn't notice a difference in the overall tone and look of my skin. I have uneven skin tone and lots of freckles and sun spots, so this probably wasn't the right product to use to see a difference in these areas.

It's basically an easy, everyday glow booster. It gently smooths your skin and helps fade dullness without feeling harsh or stingy. The citric acid and AHA/PHA mix do the exfoliating for you, and most people notice softer, brighter skin pretty quickly. It's simple to use, plays well with the rest of your routine, and is a nice pick if you want something that keeps your skin looking fresh without too much effort.
