I love this stuff! New go-to. Finally perfected my hands!

Medium-Dark; This is my new go-to self tanner. I have tried many over the years and tanologist has always been the most natural on my skin tone, but the gradual lotion is my official favorite. I love it for an every-day natural look but still use the extra dark express mousse for vacay. The consiste...

I wanted to love it... But I just couldn't

So firstly, I think I received the wrong shade because I have a light complexion so I would've selected light to medium skin tones and I received the medium to dark... That was intimidating. But I wanted to honor the commitment by trying it anyway, and after the first use I didn't notice much of a d...

I bought this because I ran out of the Bondi Sands and they didn't have any of that in stock. So this one was affordable and I picked it up. It smells AMAZING and works beautifully and I will definitely be buying again!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

super easy , coming from someone who has never ever used self tan. best on damp skin after shower, i used normal gloves, like the disposable dentists offfice kind, and just started from my legs upward. i did my hands with a kabuki brush after, and i only washed my palms to keep them from being orange. i do my face with their tanning drops mixed with moisturizer. always works! smells delicious and makes me look super sunkissed, not orange at all. a lot of these bad reviews are user error!

I switched to this product after Loreal Sublime Glow Daily Skin Tone Enhancer disappeared. I like the color from Tanologist, but it doesnt develop as quickly as L'Oréal's did. I will keep buying this product but will have to transfer to a different container. The bottle design is awful as the lotion is used. Its very difficult to squeeze it out.

It smells good going on, but you definitely smell the fake tan smell the next day. It's faint though. Overall I like thw product, but will probably also try something else.

Started off great, then I couldn't get it off

I applied this tan two days in a row and had few issues with the application or the results. The tan wasn't streaky or patchy and I liked the color it gave me (a naturallt very pale girl). HOWEVER, after about 3 days, I noticed the tan had entirely faded off certain areas of my body, leaving me with strange "holes" of pale skin with obvious harsh lines around them. My inner elbows, a spot on the front of my neck, and the area of fat/skin by my arm pits were completely devoid of tan, as if it had magically vanished. After living like this for a day or two I decided to scrub it all off because the patches of missing tan were getting too noticeable. It would not come off. I scrubbed in the shower for three days, using a sugar scrub AND an exfoliating cloth on all three days, and there was still spots of tan on my arms and inner thighs that would not come off. I wanted to love this product, as I am on the hunt for a new gradual tanner. However, the fact that I spent more days being patchy than I did having a nice and even tan was a big turn off for me.
