Soft builable coverage but impossible to open

The product is almost impossible to open. Representatives on chat said to lift with my fingernail. NO! Turns out with quite a bit of pressure and TWISTING it opens awkwardly. I will never be able to close it and open it again. Nice product, buidable coverage, great soft feel throughout the day; but might not purchase again simply due to terrible packaging. Clinique do better!

I just purchased this product in Light Medium1 to help soothe my light condition of rosecea. So far, I love it! It goes on smoothly and is light and fresh on my skin. No smell to this product and I had no trouble opening it. I do agree that a flip top would work better especially for traveling but I had no problem. Color is great and really blends in well. I would definitely recommend.

I love this formula. Perfectly pigmented. Feels good on skin. Please make a fair shade or a truly cool light. While I'm begging for new products, this formula, same pink as the old airbrush concealer illuminator and a ligther peach than your current color correctors, as under eye correctors. It would sell sell sell just like this balm!
