What is the difference between Curl Enhancer and Curl Definer?

- Official Answer By Living Proof - BEThank you so much for your inquiry. Both Curl Enhancer and Curl Definer are CONDITIONING stylers, and will provide the results you desire. What is determinant here is the curl pattern of your hair. If you have a wave to your hair, the Curl Enhancer will provide a hold factor that will keep that wave from loosening and also provide light conditioning. If you have a more definable curl, we recommend the Curl Definer. This product will provide a bit more hydration, which would be needed with a lighter hold factor.. I love this stuff!
Gives my waves some great definition. A little goes a long way. The smell is awesome- but strong, so avoid if that's not your jam.
My favorite product!
I started using the Curl product line on my stylists recommendation and I'm so glad I did. I always thought my hair was wavy, but after using these products, it's curly! I use a bit less than quarter size and air dry. For second day hair I scrunch with wet hands. Love the results I'm getting with no effort. This product is the best!
Not good
This is one of my least favorite products I have tried. You can not get past day two curls with this stuff because the product makes your hair feel plasticky. I've noticed my hair has been a lot harder to detangle even after a wash. Lastly, this stuff was horrible on my scalp. After about two weeks of use I started getting pimples on my scalp. I plan on doing an apple cider vinegar rinse to strip all this stuff off my hair and scalp to start fresh with a new product.
