- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Pros: - short anti aging program of 6 min - nice screen with time remaining - red, infrared, and blue light all in one mask - lots of high quality lights -comfortable Cons - wish there wasn't the cooling eye pads (this is where my biggest problem area is and no red light is able to penetrate there since the pads are in the way. Almost bought a different mask bc of this) (depuffing with cooling is only temporary) Overall, great product. Feels like a luxury experience. Jus huge set back is the cooling eye pads

I bought this 3 months ago and can't say for sure if I have seen a vast difference in my skin . The mask is very bulky and the difficult to fit to your face. If you do it too tight it leaves marks on your face. If you do it loose it falls off. I would go for a more flexible mask. In addition the shark/ninja customer service was terrible. They are very difficult to reach and I inquired multiple times about making a return and never received any follow up from them. I would not order from them again.
Nice idea, bad build, terrible customer service
Straps broke in 10 days. For an almost $400 face mask, you expect premium quality and premium support. You get neither here. The strap came out of the buckle after just a few uses, completely ruining the fit. When I contacted Shark, their lack of common-sense customer service was staggering. They expect me to ship the two week old product back and wait 15 days for them to send me a new one? I highly recommend that no one buys this product, or any Shark/Ninja products for that matter. Given their apparent poor manufacturing, it is very likely you will have to communicate with their customer service, and it is absolutely not worth the headache. Better off staying away altogether.
Not worth the price
Big, bulky and heavy. I have marks left on my face after using this mask. I barely use this mask anymore because of how uncomfortable it is. You almost have to be laying down doing absolutely nothing to wear this.
