I am loving it so far. I am seeing a difference in less breakouts and discoloration. I definitely recommend. It is very uncomfortable to wear, i recommend to be laying down flat while wearing.

I have been using this mask consistently for one week and I am already seeing results. I do not find the mask to be heavy and I am ok with it not fitting perfectly on my face. I tried different things to discover what works best for me is no eye inserts, red light for 20 minutes on the 2nd setting. Because I use it on clean dry skin, I immediately follow up with my routine to add moisture back to my face. With the red light, my face looks and feels plumper and smoother, even after going to bed and waking up in the morning. The blue light is NOT for me! I tried it for 10 minutes on the 1st setting and it temporarily damaged my skin (why I am rating the mask 4 stars and not 5). The amber light did not damage my skin but I also did not experience the same noticeable results as the red light. I am enjoying the mask so far. With more consistent use, I will come back and update my review if allowed.

I've been using this LED face mask after showering and before applying skincare products, and I've really enjoyed the experience. I haven't used it enough to confirm if it works or not, here's to hoping. it is really uncomfortable though. I can't seem to find a way to be able to strap in around my head without leaving marks on my eyes and nose. it is also meant for very long faces. if I line it up with my eyes the mouth is in the middle of my chin.
