Very uncomfortable but Red light appears to be working
For reference I am dark skinned. My skin concerns are minor skin texture and wrinkles. The mask itself is very uncomfortable for me. Doesn't work. Only amber light works
I bought this mask in march 2026 during the half off sale and just got around to using it. I charged it and followed directions and only the amber lights up. Now im past the return window for Ulta. It does have a lifetime warranty but the company charges $50 to exchange. I think its a scam. So buyer beware.
Mask
I like it and it works great but.. its very uncomfortable especially around the eyes. Not to mention mine was missing the chargel cable and the carry bag.
Not that comfortable
This mask doesnt appear to have strap extensions and it barely fit my head and puffy hair. Also the eye slits are so small and uncomfortable that i tear up each time i wear it. I opened it month after purchase because my previous mask, which i loved finally went on the blink.
Overall recommend
I purchased this during the 21 days of beauty event for 1/2 price. I was skeptical but so far, I am impressed with results. My skin is softer to the touch but firmer resilience-wise. Been using it almost daily for a few weeks, 10 min Red with NIR and 10 min Amber with NIR. I have noticed brighter and more even skin tone, a reduction in fine lines, and dark spots beginning to fade. Will continue to hopefully see even more improvement!
Burned my face
I loved this mask and was using it consistently per product instructions, until today! Unfortunately and surprisingly, I have suffered from burns on my cheeks after treatment. Devastated!
