Pump didn't work
I purchased this a while ago, thinking it was my normal byoma cleanser so I threw out the recipe. However, it was different and WILL NOT PUMP! Product is full but nothing is coming out of the pump. Disappointed and waist of money
I would definitely repurchase this product again.
I love the Byoma brand and love this product. I have bought 2 small kits and also went back and bought the bigger bottles as well. I hope you all continue to carry Byoma. It's fantastic.

It's really foamy once you some it in water it's really nice and you can feel the product in your skin.

Ive heard so many good reviews about the jelly cleaser but the bad reviews say they broke out after using it so im wondering if you have to use a certain cleanser before it or just cause everyone has a different skin type. Also wondering if you can use any toner for step 2 because i have the Up and Up brand of toner but im not sure if you guys recommend using the same brand or not for step 2
