After removing screw cap, flip open the interior cap. Using a powder brush pick up a small amount of product from netting. Close flip cap and tap the brush against the reservoir to remove excess product. Lightly dust a thin layer across skin. This is the best powder on the market. I've used high-end, low-end, talked-about "holy grails" and this is the best! It is so good at blurring my under eye area with NO CREASES. I also love the packaging. No mess when I travel, and you'd better believe I take this everywhere. This is the best product Milani makes (along with their setting spray). Get this powder. It's amazing.
Buy but be warned
I love this powder so much, i have acne along with patches of dry skin and it doesnt make either stand out or irritate my skin. I will say though, even though this powder looks great in real life and wothout flash, it will like glow under a flash of the camera.

Absolutely love this powder that actually blurs and conceals! What a difference it makes! I am on my third jar! I use it every day, especially in the T-zone.
