The stick fell out of the tube
The product itself seems to have good coverage. It was unfortunate that the whole stick fell out before the 1st use.
I wanted to love it
I tried this product several times over 2 months. My skin looked greasy and the product transferred. I use the shade Opal and the stick version seemed lighter than the original liquid version. I went back to using the original version of Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer.
Luminous Skin Tint
This is an incredibly easy product to work with. You can build it up to a medium coverage, but I think this looks best as a light coverage. It's luminous and looks flawless all day but can look cakey if you put lots of layers on. I also feel this looks best with a damp (mostly dry) sponge application over a brush, but a dense brush works too. I got the wrong shade Vanilla 02 as it was too dark and peachy. The Birch 1.5 shade is much better though. If I can figure out how to add a photo then I can show shade swatches.
Medium coverage that sits in pores
I wanted something light and easy to tone down my redness. It works, but it sits in the pores. If you have dry skin with large pores, I'd pick something else. It doesn't blend well either.
Beautiful All-Day Wear, But Watch Out for Transfer!
If you're looking for a quick, effortless product that gives a healthy, natural glow without feeling heavy on the skin, this skin tint stick is a solid contender! What I love most about this stick is how ridiculously fast it is to apply. I can just swipe it on, blend it out with my brush, and get this cooling boost that feels great. It gives just enough sheer coverage to smooth out redness without looking like heavy makeup, and unlike most skin tints that slide off by lunch, this actually stays put all day. The only real downside is that because it's so hydrating, it will transfer onto your phone or hands if you touch your face. Dusting a little powder over the T-zone fixes the issue. I would give this a 4.7 if I could. I dont have many complaints and this skin tint really gives me that natural look I prefer.
