I started taking the Prenatal w/ Boost about 4 months before we actually conceived and then switched to this Prenatal Essentials as soon as we got the exciting BFP!! Awesome Prenatals!

I switched to these after having a miscarriage and reading the book It Starts With The Egg. I got pregnant again and now I am 4 weeks away from meeting my healthy baby girl! The higher levels of crucial vitamins I think was key to this success! I just ordered the postpartum vitamins for after delivery and I am hopeful they are just as great!

I absolutely love this brand, I started off by taking the trying to conceive box and then when I got pregnant naturally after our OB said it was a 12% chance of it happening due to pcos and having endometriosis. I switched to the pregnant prenatals. It's not harsh on the stomach and easy to take. 10/10 recommend.

I started taking the Prenatal w/ Boost about 4 months before we actually conceived and then switched to this Prenatal Essentials as soon as we got the exciting BFP!! I know genetics play a factor in the way you feel during your 1st trimester too, but my sister had the worst nausea/morning sickness all throughout. I give some credit to my much easier 1st trimester to these prenatals which helped me keep up with the nutrients I know my body needed. (With a balanced diet of course). Would totally recommend Bird & Be for anyone trying to conceive, and those that are pregnant you can't start too late with these. I'm 7 months now and can't wait to meet your little boy, I already have a box of the Postpartum capsules ready to go so I don't miss a day. Note: For me, I had to take these with food, even at night. But just a few crackers before I took them was enough to settle my stomach and make sure I didn't miss a day.
