Step 1: Apply lipcolor evenly to clean, bare lips and wait until dry.
Step 2: Brush on moisturizing topcoat over color; reapply as desired.

After using color stay lipsticks for many years suddenly it os caking up on my lips and not NOT staying on for even one hour. I am sure all these reviews are old. Please answer truthfully. As I say I have used this lipstick for years and it has always stayed on until recently. I am looking for another brand that stays on.

Great product.
I have been using this lipcolor for years. It's getting harder to find, but when I do, I buy everyone I like the shades of. Some good basic colors and does what it promises. Expecially good with red. No color transfer and lasts all day.
