Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have enough color at the tip to work with. Glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working outward. Go intense and dramatic or create a softer, smoky look by using the smudger tool right after applying. Keep the pencil sharp with the built-in sharpener.

Did you change the packaging where all the caps are black? Now it's impossible to determine which color is which. Dumb idea.

the product is very good, the only thing is i need to keep sharpening it with the included sharpener. the sharpener works well for only a few uses, then it starts to stop working and the tip of the eyeliner breaks inside of the sharpener. no matter i clean it out, the sharpener still doesn't work. how do i fix this??

Disappointed
Have used this eyeliner for several years with great results but the last one I bought broke as soon as I opened it and twice more, feels much softer than usual and messy to use.

Soft and easy to apply
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It looks super good. I love how your makeup stands out and lately that color is very fashionable. It is very easy to use and feels super useful when you apply it not like other products that scrape your skin
Bright eyes
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner Pencil is a new product to me. I've tried multiple different types of liners to try to get that eye brightening waterline look and maybe due to anatomy I could never achieve the look. With this product, I was finally able to do it! It was easy to apply with the crayon, and I could smudge away and mistakes with the back end of the pencil. The color staying ability helped it last all day, it didn't rub off and made it worth my time and effort. I just wished that it applied a little more pigmented/brighter, but a subtle look isn't bad either.

Ok, Not a Favorite
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeliner pencil is okay, but it has some drawbacks. On the plus side, it glides on smoothly when new, and the ColorStay formula does help it last for a decent amount of time. However, as it wears down, it can feel a bit waxy or dry, making it harder to draw a sharp line. The pigment is decent but not super bold compared to other high-end eyeliners. Also, it needs frequent sharpening, which gets annoying. It's a solid budget option, but not my favorite.
Great shimmer eye liner!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This was not the easiest for me to apply (could be user error?) but once I had it on I loved the shimmer of this eyeliner. It lasted all day and I got lots of compliments at work! Did not feel heavy or "weird" on my eyes. (App crashes when I try at attach a photo to my review)
