Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have enough color at the tip to work with. Glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working outward. Go intense and dramatic or create a softer, smoky look by using the smudger tool right after applying. Keep the pencil sharp with the built-in sharpener.

Did you change the packaging where all the caps are black? Now it's impossible to determine which color is which. Dumb idea.

the product is very good, the only thing is i need to keep sharpening it with the included sharpener. the sharpener works well for only a few uses, then it starts to stop working and the tip of the eyeliner breaks inside of the sharpener. no matter i clean it out, the sharpener still doesn't work. how do i fix this??

Disappointed
Have used this eyeliner for several years with great results but the last one I bought broke as soon as I opened it and twice more, feels much softer than usual and messy to use.

10 hour wear test
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like that this has a smudger and sharpener. The pencil glides and there's no tugging. I first tried on the water line and the color was a bit too sheer. It irritated my eyes so bad, but on the lash line, the color was vibrant. I picked the color 213 navy. Color stayed vibrant all day as if I just applied on the lash line but the waterline, I had to reapply by midday. I use contacts so I'd probably will not use on my waterline again. For a wear test, I had the eyeliner on for 10 hours.
A must have on your makeup bag
The packaging is cute! In the bottom have a sharpener and a silicone sponge to blen de pigment on sikn. This eyeliner lasts!!!! I did a swatch on my hand, I washed it several times, took a shower, and still can't see a glimpse of the color on the swatch! And when I wear it on my water line stays all day long! [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Glides in smoothly, gives it a little time to smudge it out, after that it stays put. Pigmentation: it is pigmented but in the photo I did go over it a few times, could be more pigmented. Nice packaging, has a smudger and a pencil sharpener.
Great liner!
This deep blue eyeliner was a beautiful color and made the application super easy! It had a wonderful pigment that lasted all day, and it did not feed down my eyes as the day went on. The packaging was simple yet great.
Blends out perfectly
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I always get so excited when I get to review any revlon product. This navy eyeliner glides on seamlessly and blends out easily to create a subtle Smokey eye. It stays on for hours with out creating a raccoon eye by the end of your day. Definitely want to purchase more colors.
