Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have enough color at the tip to work with. Glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working outward. Go intense and dramatic or create a softer, smoky look by using the smudger tool right after applying. Keep the pencil sharp with the built-in sharpener.

Did you change the packaging where all the caps are black? Now it's impossible to determine which color is which. Dumb idea.

the product is very good, the only thing is i need to keep sharpening it with the included sharpener. the sharpener works well for only a few uses, then it starts to stop working and the tip of the eyeliner breaks inside of the sharpener. no matter i clean it out, the sharpener still doesn't work. how do i fix this??

Have used this eyeliner for several years with great results but the last one I bought broke as soon as I opened it and twice more, feels much softer than usual and messy to use.

Great Eyeliner Pencil
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really love this eyeliner! Though I'm definitely not a makeup expert, this is a great eyeliner! This eyeliner is so creamy and just glides on which i love. It also has intense color pay off. Love the brush at the end to smudge the liner if i would like. I will definitely be repurchasing in the future!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner is highly pigmented and buttery smooth. The color glides on beautifully. Unfortunately, I did notice that it smudges quite a bit throughout the day. The packaging is perfect for throwing in your bag!
