I have been using this product for a couple days and my hair is drying clumpy and oily. After washing my hair it doesnt feel clean at all. Why is my hair coming out oily, I previously used your color extend that was in a red bottle and this never happened to my hair. I noticed the red one wasnt sold anymore and bought this one instead. Can i have some assistance on why this is happening its frusterating to wash your hair and it end up coming out feeling oily and dirty.

Greasy
I was not going to write a review but I saw others complain about same thing. It leaves my hair feeling greasy and unwashed! I thought maybe I did not lather right but then my daughter used and her hair looked greasy after showering night before. Not sure why this is happening, by far i never had issues with this brand before

Greasy Film
