How do I remove the cap from my original shampoo bottle to refill it?

We've since updated our caps to a screw-on design for a simpler refilling experience with our new refill bottles. Rest assured; your existing packaging remains refillable. I'm still salty about Redken changing the original All Soft formula. I think it's been changed twice now and they seem to remove different oils each time. I would give anything to have the original All Soft formula with the avocado oil back. The original formula had the perfect mix of like 3 differe...

Product never arrived after 2 weeks from ordering.

Never received product after 2 weeks from placing order. Customer service was horrible,,no resolution and no product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Triggered Significant Hair Loss
This product had a very negative effect on my hair. My hair loss started around October 2025, and it became so severe that I was afraid to brush or style my hair because of how much was falling out. My doctor suggested it might be a normal shedding phase, but this felt far beyond anything I've ever experienced. After switching back to my usual drugstore products, the shedding began to slow down and stabilize. Recently, I tried this product again, and within just one day, the excessive hair loss returned. I went back to my Ulta purchase history, and the timing lines up exactly with when the hair loss first started. I was honestly shocked at how quickly this product seemed to trigger shedding again. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

I have dry hair and hard water and sadly this stuff is the only thing that makes my hair beautiful and manageable. I have tried so many other products hoping to find a cheaper alternative and nothing compares. The shampoo cleans without stripping and the conditioner is super thick, like hair mask thick, but it's exactly what my dry hair needs. I would caution fine hair havers because this might weigh your hair down, but medium to coarse hair havers should be fine. My only complaint is that it smells like public restroom hand soap, but the smell isnt super strong and doesn't linger in the hair for very long.
