Rael Collagen + PDRN Hydrogel Mask

This is one of the best masks that I've ever used, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and smooth while looking like glass. I've been hearing a lot about the salmon PDRN so couldn't wait to try it! I've tried a lot of different masks before and this one stands out not only because it includes salmon PDRN, collagen AND hyaluronic acid, but it also has a textured anti-slip grip that keeps the mask from sliding around your face! It's safe for the most sensitive skin contains a full bottle of serum per mask! It's as simple as cleansing your face, placing on the mask, and waiting until it turns translucent, after about 30 minutes, and following with your favorite moisturizer. I've used a lot of sheet masks, and this one genuinely surprised me. The hydrogel material feels thick and cooling, not flimsy or drippy, and it actually stays in place instead of sliding off my face. You can tell there's a lot of serum in it, but it absorbs well and doesn't leave that sticky film afterward. My skin felt noticeably more hydrated and plump right after, and the effect lasted into the next day. It gave me that smooth, rested look without irritation, which is big for me since my skin can be sensitive. The fit was good too, especially around the cheeks and jaw, and the split design made it easier to adjust. It's not a miracle mask, but it's a solid option when your skin feels dry, tired, or dull and you want quick results. Definitely something I'd keep on hand before an event or after a long week.

I love using sheet masks from clean beauty brands such as Rael. This sheet mask comes loaded with product. The non-slip grip was hit and miss for me. I was not able to putz around the house without the lower piece slipping but with that said, the mask did slip less than others I've tried. The instructions say to wear 30-60 minutes. I did not have the patience to keep the mask on for an hour but did give it a good 35 minutes or so. Once I removed the mask, my skin had sucked up all the product nicely. While my skin looked good, it didn't appear to have extra radiance. I have normal skin that leans dry lately. I did not have any breakouts or reactions to using this mask. However I did notice that some pore sizes were dramatically reduced! Even a few days after using the mask, the pore sizes remained smaller than before (have a few big ones on the nose). My favorite thing about this mask is how cooling it is! The hydrogel provides an immediate cooling sensation that lasts the entire time it is on. The mask is thick and feels very high-quality. I used it after a shower for a self-care night and it felt luxurious! I left the mask on for about an hour and could not believe that it stayed cool the whole time. I had zero irritation. If anything, it actually helped calm down some redness and made my skin feel extra smooth. Unfortunately, the mask had an extremely hard time staying in place and kept popping up, even after multiple adjustments. I experienced this issue with the mask all over, not just in one area. I also used this mask three times and had this problem each time I used it. After removing the mask, my skin felt clean and looked glowy with no sticky residue. However, the next day I did notice tiny breakouts all over my face. Product was received as part of an educational promotion.

This is how you do a sheet mask! Other brands need to take note as this was the best experience I had from a sheet mask ever. The way this hydrated my skin and made me look glowier than ever is unreal. I am now addicted to these sheet masks! Not only that, they actually stay on your face where you apply them.
