- Cleanse face and gently separate two sheet masks halves.
- Remove plastic film from top half of mask and place patterned side down on face.
- Remove plastic film from bottom half of mask and place patterned side down on face.
- Leave on for 30 minutes or until it turns clear then remove.

Cooling and hydrating
This mask was amazing! It felt so cooling on my skin and left my face feeling soft, hydrated, and refreshed. I also loved that it didn't slide around like some sheet masks do. Definitely worth trying!

Rosacea approved
I struggle with rosacea, so my skin regularly gets very red and flushed after something like a hot shower or being out in the heat for a bit, and its hard to get it to calm back down after that. I used this mask after a hot shower, and it was AMAZING! Left it on for longer than recommended just cause I loved how it made my skin feel. It keep the cooling sensation the entire time, and after taking it off my skin felt so refreshed and cooled down. I can just tell these are going to be such a life saver this summer. Highly recommend trying these out if you struggle with rosacea, or if you get hot in the face regularly!
Get Deep Moisture Back Into My Skin
This Cryo & Soothing Hydrogel Mask by Rael Beauty definitely does what it's supposed to! This mask seems to nourish my skin on a deep level and leave it with long lasting hydration. I've tried it with my night routine after doing a home facial and I've also used it in the morning to hydrate before moisturizing and doing my mask etc. Either way, I can visibly see the difference and feel it in my skin. I deal with dryness because of medications so I'm always looking for more ways to keep my skin feeling and looking hydrated. On top of it my skin has been smoother, less eczema and acne which is also a benefit so I don't feel obligated to cover up with makeup all the time. If you're looking for high quality masks that really do the trick and help with anti-aging I highly recommend!
