Fairies are Real!
It has a smooth application of an ethereal blue shimmer for the first swipe. The multidimensional pearls that reflect the light at every turn do give it a lilac/blue shift that is beautiful. It is buildable, with a second layer giving more opaque pigment, but if not done at the right stage of drying...

I wanted more of a cream
burned my eyelids
i was so excited for this product but after i took it off at the end of the day, my eyelids felt like they were burning, red and itchy. the skin was flaking for the following couple of days. ive never had a reaction like that to any eye product! disappointed

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Pretty color, pretty product! This eye color is very shimmery for a bold eyeshadow look. It can also be used as an eyeliner. This is definitely something I would wear for date night. The packaging is very pretty. And the product itself has pretty good pigmentation, with not much needed for a good finish. The color itself is chrome. with a mix of pink and purple.
