Fairies are Real!
It has a smooth application of an ethereal blue shimmer for the first swipe. The multidimensional pearls that reflect the light at every turn do give it a lilac/blue shift that is beautiful. It is buildable, with a second layer giving more opaque pigment, but if not done at the right stage of drying...

Ive been trying this as a base or a topper or anything on the eyes and its always settling into cracks and never lasting. Im so sad about it

Very sparkly looking, with a cute glare of pink, a little hard to blend with other eyeshadows, but by it's self it's wonderful
So pretty and pigmented
I love the pink shimmer for my inner corner. it's a constant go-to for me. Definitely interested in more shades.

I feel like the brand new bottle is completely empty- I can see the brush swirling around in the container and barely any glitter comes out on the brush
