Checks & Balances Frothy Face Wash
I began using Checks & Balances Frothy Face Wash I guess when it first came on the market! It is a wonderful product that cleanes off all make up and leaves my face feeling soft and thoroughly cleaned. A few months ago I failed to reorder this product when I ran out of it, so I bought a national bra...

I'm in the minority but... DRYING!
I've been perpetually perplexed at how others rave on this face wash. I've tried it now a handful of times, each time far from the previous, wondering if the prior were just anomalies. But sure enough every use feels like I'm stripping my skin of all moisture and leaves it in a horribly dry, uncomfo...

Nice but not for dry skin
Smells great and gives that squeaky clean feeling on the skin! However because of the essential oils in the formulation it dried out my dry zones on my combination skin. Might continue to use this product, targeting my areas that are more oily (cheeks/nose) and avoid my drier areas (chin and forehead) but don't know if I want to expend the effort of using two different washes. Won't be repurchasing because I need something for my whole face not because it was a bad product.
So Far I am loving IT!
I usually do not write reviews. I have extremely sensitive skin and have tried a lot of drug store face washes as well as high end face washes and so far I am on day 4 and am loving this face wash. The tiniest amount goes the longest way (seriously). The cleanser foams up and rinses off well leaving no residue. It does not sting my under eyes or anywhere more sensitive. Highly recommend trying this product if you are in the market for a new face wash.
Nice Product- Unattractive new design
I do like this product! But I am so tired of companies changing their packaging and design ALL the time. Just leave things alone for once. I liked the old design. This was one of my yearly Ulta Gifts which was nice. Pros: You only need a small amount. Just a dime sized amount lathers well. Luxurious feel. Rinses clean. Not drying. Con: Just do not like the ugly new bottle and brown color of the plastic. Looks cheap now!
Love, love this cleanser!
One tiny pea sized drop will clean your entire face. I am not kidding you! It leaves my skin feeling so clean, but not overly drying. Again, if you use too much — you may feel two sizes too small, but stick to one pea sized amount and it'll do the trick.
I love this stuff
I love the frothy pearly whipped texture. I love the herbal tea scent. I love how clean I feel afterward. I love the squeeze tube. I have loved this for decades. Two warnings. Well three. This will not be good for dry or sensitive skin. And never get it in your eyes.
