Start by outlining the under arch of the brow, moving toward the tail end, then blend using the spoolie. Outline the upper arch and blend using the spoolie. To add detail and dimension, add hairlike strokes to the front of the brow. With the tip of the pencil, lightly sketch in the same direction as hair's natural growth. Use this technique on sparse areas throughout the brow and blend using the spoolie for a natural finish. Remember that all ABH products are highly pigmented, so little pressure is required when applying.

Potential to be great product but cheap material
The pencil and spool work well when they stay intact. I've had to request a replacement Brow Whiz twice in three months because the plastic is so flimsy that the ends of pencil and spool fall loose. I'm difficult to match
It's closer to my auburn color than other products but it still skips on application. Then at the gym it starts but it heats up with body heat and still stays put. Nice just skips.

Tried to love this item - MULTIPLE PURCHASES BROKE
I made an Ulta account specifically to review this product. It is poorly designed and has broken every single time I have bought it over the past 2 years. I LOVE the color and can't find the same color elsewhere. I have bought this exact eyebrow product multiple times, hoping they have fixed the issue or that it was a fluke. It is WAY too expensive to break so easily. This time I took extra care to make sure I was barely rolling it up, and yet the product completely falls out when I take the cap off. It just falls out for no reason and breaks. EVERY TIME. Whatever mechanism holds the product inside the tube does not work, and for this price point you would think they could fix it considering my elf brow pencil for $6 never has this issue EVER. I am very frustrated that this product is so poorly made and it is not user error. It happens every single time I purchase this specific pencil only. I try saving the broken pieces and putting them back in to use but I should NOT have to do that. It's ridiculous.
