Are they supposed to be dry? My package arrived with the wrappers shrink wrapped and when opened they barely appear to have any product on them at all. I think I received OLD products.

I really love these gel patches. They are not only aesthetically appealing, they worked so effectively. I wake up every morning with puffy eyes and occasional dark circles. I put on these patches on while logging into work for about 10-15 minutes and as soon as I remove the patches, my eyes look much less puffy and feel very hydrating. I did received these patches as gift for my review but I will definitely repurchase them once I'm out.
