Are they supposed to be dry? My package arrived with the wrappers shrink wrapped and when opened they barely appear to have any product on them at all. I think I received OLD products.

As with all products I buy & in return are failures, thus leaving me with more stress & depression & not leaving my house in fear of my under eye bags being the 1st thing people see & coment you look tired are you ok. Great eye mask!
I love that these stick on my face so well. I wake up, wash my face, walk to my fridge (where I store them) and slap them on. They stay on without budging the entire time im walking around doing my morming routine. Im uncertain how much they brighten my eyes yet, but i know for sure they de-puff them. Will continue to purchase for sure! My only small complaint is i wish the packaging made it easier for the serum liquid to stay on the gels and not go elsewhere. The serum is the most important part.
