First the product: perfume-like fragrance and I'm not someone who gets bothered by this. I put it on my face and the smell lingers, it's not a bad smell but the lingering is too much. Second and most importantly, it's not moisturizing. I bought this because my other brand stopped carrying their facial oil that I loved so I was trying to find an alternative. I woke-up and my skin was dried-out; no radiance, no hydration. this is my first and only time ever buying Clarins. Will be returning. Now their return process is a joke and highly outdated. I have to return the free gift with my purchase...so I may end up liking THOSE products but because I'm dissatisfied with the main purchases, I have to return ALL the gifts with my purchase. So I won't know if the other products work better. The return process is not initiated online, therefore I can't track the progress of my return and I have to return within 30 of THEIR shipping, I have no control over when I receive the products; what if this was a gift for someone and it didn't work for them? They can't return it when it's outside the 30-day limit? Filling out paper and having to pay for return shipping myself. It's like being back in the early 90s. The return process itself is a reason to not buy from this company and to not keep the products. Beyond disappointed.

I have been using the Blue Orchid Hydrating Face Treatment Oil every night since receiving the order, about three weeks now. It's okay, but I don't think it feels very hydrating. Strong odor.
