Apply volumizing mascara starting at the root of the lashes in a zig zag motion working your way up. Apply additional coats to build to desired effect.

Big Mood?... more like a Big NO!! :/
I tried both the regular and waterproof version of this mascara and they both suck... only thing different is that the waterproof one holds curl better. Text too much effort to get a little product on my lashes
I typically use the other elf products including regular mascara. This waterproof mascara is really thin and barely noticeable when you put it on. I took it on vacation to Mexico with me and it did smear a little bit, it's summertime in Mexico with high humidity so the mascara did not withstand that level of dampness in the air.

I was on a waterproof hunt. This satisfied me! It will hold the curl from a lash curler. I wish the brush was just a tad smaller. Holds a curl, layers well, good price point, doesn't smudge or flake.
I would buy this again, works great!
Truly waterproof, easy to take off, gives length and overall a great product.

Not good
Thought I would love this as a waterproof mascara works best for me. The brush is appealing too. However, no matter how dry I think my lashes are, this always leaves dark sooty smudges below my lower lashes. It does not dry fast, and throughout the day is always flaking off onto that area below my eyes.
