Glide along your lashline and waterline for defined eyes or draw a dramatic wing for a bold look. To smoke out or smudge, use a pencil brush and blend immediately (liner sets after around 10 seconds). To prevent breakage, be sure not to over-advance the liner.

Disappointed
I don't know how this has so many good reviews. I bought this to tightline my eyes since it is waterproof. It has good pigment but it smears off so easily! Definitely wouldn't buy again.
Pretty color but smudged under eyes!
It goes on smooth and is a great color. But it definitely moved under my eyes and in the corners at the wing. It does not wear long at all.
Lasts all day
I have several of these colorpop eyeliners and have been impressed by them. They are waterproof and last all day. Great value for the price.
BEWARE JOYRIDE
I recently used the color "joyride" and it was anything but. I had a severe allergic reaction to whatever is in this for 3 days. I had burning, swelling, red and itchy eyes. I will never repurchase any of these eyeliners ever again!
