Key Ingredients

Apply the first coat from the root of the lash to the tips. Wiggle the wand between the lashes for a richer deposit of mascara to thicken. Apply to lower lashes first to prevent wet mascara from transferring to top lid. Tip the ends of the lashes for a stiletto effect.
