Hello! Just got my product in the mail and it's not turning on at all, is it defective or am I overlooking something?

Magical Tool!
This massages the face and helps relieve tension from the day. Feels great and is very relaxing. Works well if you apply moisturizer first. My skin feels less tight and it increases blood flow to the facial area. I love that it's small and compact so I can take it anywhere.

Mine never turned on. I put in a AAA battery and was sure to put it in correctly. Never turned on. There seems to be to much room in the battery cavity for it to connect.
