How to use a thermal styling spray: Section hair and spray liberally. Use on damp hair when you blow-dry, and on dry hair before using your flat iron or curling iron.

This is a heat protectant & it says it's highly flammable & has several warnings about heat & flame. It also say to spray it liberally on hair. I have thin fine hair, if I use too much of a product it weighs it down. How much is liberally? So use a lot, but stay away from heat. I'm confused.
