I do think it's a good lip product, but not exactly what it claims to be. In the description it claims that it is a tinted lip balm and that you should wipe once for a sheer hint of color. miss the old formula
I really wanted to love the new balm, but it is just not the same. It sits weirdly on the lips, feels heavy and actually dries my lips, leaving them patchy. I also get a tingly sensation in the lips, I don't know if it's a reaction to some of the ingredients…I still have some left from the old formu...

Best Tinted Hydrating Lip Balm
So I got into Ilia because of this product. First I bought Lullaby and absolutely LOVED how it felt on my lips while also providing great color that lasts a while. My lips tend to get dry during the day so this is a perfect combo versus wearing lipstick that even when they're moisturizing they still tend to dry out my lips. A product I'll keep buying and the price is worth it!

This is my new go to lippy. So flattering and comfortable. I plan to buy other shades.
My Favorite!
I've been using Ilia's Lullaby lip balm for a couple of years now, and I can't recommend it enough. It makes my lips feel incredibly soft and creamy, and the Lullaby shade is the perfect natural pink. It's become a staple for me, and I highly recommend it!

Great balance between a lipstick and a lip balm, Strong color while still providing hydration! Love the Memoir color.
