I have used this mousse along with the blowout mist from the this line of PM products FOREVER. I always stock up and I am on my last bottle of each (black packaging bottles). I am hesitant to stock back up since the packaging has changed and 10/10 when that happens the formula has chnged along with the smell. The smell for this line is phenomenal! Can I trust that both the mousse and blowout mist are still the same product along with the phenomenal scent ?

Lovely, creamy mousse that tames frizzy hair

I came across this mousse during a recent Ulta sale. Having tried so many different products to tame my frizzy, wavy, color-treated blonde hair and provide some body, I find this awapuhi hydrocream mousse provides body, shine, and a noticeable reduction in frizz. It's very creamy, so you don't need a whole lot. I heat styled my hair straight, and it came out silky with great body and no frizz. Next time I'll air dry, which I often do, and see how well it defines my waves and reduces those pesky flyaways. Also, it smells great.
Love the result, not the smell
I cannot believe how great this made my hair look. I have fine, graying, 2b/2c wavy hair. I think I used this mousse many years ago but switched and never went back until now. Wow. My normally frizzy hair is smooth and defined. My waves and curls are soft and keeping their shape. But... the smell is very strong. Luckily, it's not a harsh chemical smell (it's odd and hard to describe). I'm very sensitive to scents and prone to headaches. It hasn't triggered a headache for me yet so I'll see if I can get used to it. It's been several hours since I applied it and the smell hasn't dissipated at all. If they made an unscented version of this I would be hooked for life.

I've used this product for over a year and loved it. Either something changed in their manufacturing or I received old sitting stock from Ulta but it is leaving a gross residue on my hair now.

My new holy grail!
I cant rave enough about it. I have a ton of hair but its thin long..this product is not heavy, it volumizes like crazy, and enhances my natural wave that just made me fall inlove with my hair. My hair also had a nice healthy shine and super soft. I wish they had a travel size version of this for vacation!!! I will be a repeat buyer many many many times. Also to me it smells like a ginger latteeee im obsessed. For people who dont like the smell its not overpowering and doesnt linger for a long time.
