Is this product safe for contact lenses? sometimes I get makeup on the lens, either from the waterline or makeup particles falling into my eye, and it's very irritating and makes the lenses cloudy (and I do clean them when I get makeup on them). also, my skin is oily and when my eyes water no eyeliner so far has lasted. would this do it?

I wanted to love this. I got the metalic raisin shade and i was so excited. You can hardly see the color at all and it does not make sleek lines. Hoping if i keep fooling around with it i can get better results.
