not happy with stained pillowcases
This would be a great moisturizer, except for the fact that if I use it at night I find my pillowcases are stained in the morning. Doesn't come out with oxygen bleach and pre-treat either. My favorite moisturizer at the moment for my current skin needs. Its not heavy at all and very moisturizing. I love the way it makes my skin look and feel. It instantly brightens and hydrates me. I also use it as a hand creme. The price is great for the amount of product. A jar will last a few months. Love this product.

Love this Astaxanthin lotion! I've used a lot of lotions in my 80 years but this is the best and have been using it for three years. I have a lot of redness in my face (Moh's surgery and Rosacea) and it not only is a great moisturizer, it clears up the redness! So thankful for this product!

Have wanted to try this for a while. and 'm glad I did. I can use it directly on my facial skin...OR...as a "grand finale" lightly on top of other products I use on my 78-year-old face before retiring for the night. Next day: WOW! It gently tightens everything in its easy-to-spread path. So glad I finally tried it!
Very moisturizing
This is fantastic for my 70 year old skin. Easy to use, goes on smoothly. Not a heavy cream, but still gives moisture and a dewy look and feel.

Is DHC a cruelty-free company? do your products contain animal derived ingredients?

Regarding animal-derived ingredients, with the exception of Super Collagen Mist, which is a blend of botanical and synthetic sources, collagen, a protein found mostly in hair, skin, nails, bones, and ligaments, comes mostly from animal sources. The source of collagen in each product is different and Astaxanthin specifically uses collagen derived from piscine (fish).Was this answer helpful to you
