The pump is enough to make me switch to different product

They changed the pump on this and now it's useless. I can't even get the product out of the bottle and I can't return it since I had already threw out the packaging. Used to love this product, but it's useless if you can't use it. I don't know why they would change something for the worse.
PLEASE FIX THE PUMP
This is my holy grail of moisturizers. I will not use anything else. But for the love of God PLEASE FIX THE PUMP. The old one worked just fine, the new one is USELESS.
Bottle & pump ruin this fantastic lotion
I have dry, rosacea red skin and this lotion is the only one of found that makes my face look and feel better. I wrote a 5-star review for it a year or 2 ago. Sadly, I don't think I can buy this again. The last 2 bottles I received were smaller and I can't get the last $5 or so of lotion out of the very narrow opening. Each bottle has had a different pump. The first would give just a little lotion, which was okay since it helped me conserve. But sometimes the lotion would squirt straight sideways over my fingers and it was frustrating but I was adjusting. This latest bottle with a new pump tube won't work at all, so I have open the bottle and wipe lotion off the tube—ugh. These new bottles cause expensive waste of product and time that I no longer justify even for the only lotion I would ever call a miracle for me.

I LOVE this product, ive now made it apart of my everyday routine. Quick warning on two things…1. the pump does not work. I have to scrape whats off of the pump to get any product. 2. DO NOT GET IT IN YOUR EYES! The cooling sensation isnt pleasant in your eyes. other than that 10/10 would recommend.
