Great brow pencil
I have been using the Tarte a few years and I really love the brow pencil. I am very pale and my brows are next to nonexistent. I love the brow pencils I can make dramatic brows for nights out and lighten my hand for everyday. Totally easy application, nice fine point on the pencil.

It's a no for me. When applied, I really don't mind this brow pencil. It is nice and precise for natural hair-like strokes. The staying power is satisfactory - overall better than average I would say! Unfortunately there is just such a small amount of product that I will never repurchase this again....

Better than Benefit
It is absolutely water proof and way better than Benefit's waterproof pencil. It looks very natural and easy to apply.
Natural look
Easy to use, does not smudge. Easy to achieve a very natural look. The only small con is I wish the pencil was a little bit bigger Love this more than the Mac brow pencil I have used for years
NATURAL BROWS
colors are amazing, easy application, doesn't smudge on me, and I'm oily. looks like you're not wearing makeup. best of all clean! most eyebrow pencils makes my brow hair fall out but this NEVER does! Doesn't clog the hair follicle pore which causes your brows to become thinner. that's something they don't teach you in Cosmetology school.
