If you lost the tip of the liner you can release more in the following way: Place your thumb and index finger on either side of the tip and pull down once or twice (this should release more pigment). best liner available
I have used this product for many years. It is the best. The fact that it self sharpens is a plus.
I would not buy this again
The product itself is ok, but here is very little product in this stick. Every time you put the lid on, it automatically sharpens the tip using even more product.
Smashbox
This has been my favorite eyeliner for years. Sad to see that Ulta in the Quarry no longer carries Smashbox products.

Good eyeliner
This is my go to eyeliner but two times now there was no gel pencil in the tube. It is frustrating but have had no problem returning to Ulta. Someone needs to do better quality control of the product.
