Redken has always been my fall back on product. I'll try the others and end right back up here. I just wish they would get on board and use natural/organic ingredients. But yeah, recommend!

I miss the original All Soft!
I'm still salty about Redken changing the original All Soft formula. I think it's been changed twice now and they seem to remove different oils each time. I would give anything to have the original All Soft formula with the avocado oil back. The original formula had the perfect mix of like 3 differe...

Disappointed!
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I've been buying the all soft shampoo and conditioner for years. It has always been my go to but something has changed in the formula. At first I thought it was just me but after doing some research, I'm definitely not the only one noticing it. Whatever ingredients they changed, it does not work for my hair anymore. I can tell my hair is more dry, no longer soft, and actually feels tangled after (which makes no sense!) after using the shampoo and conditioner. I used to love using it but now it just makes me mad. So disappointed. Bring the old version back!

Ordered this (along with a few other things) for a trip, but it took more than two weeks to get to me--by then I was already gone. Very frustrating. Also, it's expensive for a very small amount!

I have very thin and fine hair. I have to be careful which products I use because most will leave my hair feeling weighted down. I also have dark brown hair that I highlight regularly. The Redken All Soft shampoo & conditioner combo has been the only set that I can use on a consistent basis. It leaves my hair feeling soft, healthy after color & bleach, minimal split ends, and my hair never feels heavy or weighed down. I recommended it to my mom and sister and both of them switched to the All Soft line.

I have never despised a shampoo more in my life. The smell is awful. It smells old fashioned and not fresh. The shampoo itself is terrible. It lathers for a minute then just stops and my hair feels dirty somehow. It does nothing positive for my hair. No I wouldn't recommend it to a friend or enemy.
