How does this compare to the All Soft from a couple years ago before it was reformulated? That one was super, but now the ingredients in the new All Soft are all microplastics, and I'm trying to find a shampoo similar to the older All Soft shampoo.

I have fine 3b/c curls. For me, my hair hated the shampoo - although I LOVE the conditioner. This made my hair tangled, feel dry, gummy, wirey and like straw. I also had a huge increase in shed compared to not useing this shampoo. Will definitely return.
Insane amount of shedding!! 😳
I was using the all soft which i really like and the all soft mega curl conditioner. I decided to try the all soft mega curls shampoo to see if it would help enchancing my curls. Big mistake!! All it did was make my curls flat and fizz. That was #1 disappoinment. Now 1/2 bottle in…curls are still a mess and the shedding…omg… omg… 😳😳I've always had some shedding but this is like on the verge of hair loss shedding. It's absolutely insane!! I ordered the all soft again and not washing my hair with this horrible stuff till it gets here. Im happy that it works for some people but for me and my hair, i will never, never use it again!
Horrible - and customer service failed as well
I love the regular all soft, but I have curly hair, so I thought this would be a terrific combo. Spoiler…not even close. This and the conditioner made my hair almost gummy feeling, tangled, and destroyed my curls. When I contacted customer service, they informed me it would cost MORE than one of the liters to send back. Or I could drive two hours to the nearest store and do it in person. I ended up giving these away. Horrible product and customer service from Ulta.

I have wavy/ curly hair. I loved the all soft shampoo but it didn't help my curls/waves define. The mega curls keeps my hair soft, light and allows my for my natural body to shine through while providing all the awesome feature of the redken brand.
