Most Helpful Positive Review If looking for a less expensive eye primer try this... I'm always looking for high/low end products to mix up my routine and since I like j.cat I decided to try this primer in nude. The colour is slightly darker than the Too Faced eye primer but lighter than NYC nude. It comes in a squeeze tube with a screw cap and will pour out way more than you need if not careful...and it is easier to get on eye with my finger than a brush. I've found no issues with creasing or longevity as long as I evenly apply over the entire eye lid.
Most Helpful Critical Review Meh I used my finger to pat it on my eyelid. It takes forever to dry enough not to crease on it's own. Once it is dried without crease, it does hold eyeshadow well. However, it makes my eyes feel like they are full of sand. No, I don't get it IN my eye. Other primers have made my eyes feel like this too. If you aren't allergic, this is a good cheap option that works. I'd say it's comparable to the ELF primer. The one I bought was the nude option.

Price is great but that's about it. Creases, transferred my winged liner, and doesn't blend out.
Wouldn't buy again 2

Bought it for the price, so I was expecting anything life changing. This creases and even transferred my liquid eyeliner. I won't throw it away just yet, but it's definitely going to collect some dust.

The worst thing ever 1

I wish I could give this a 0. It clumps and creases so bad and you can't even put eyeshadow on because it makes it worse. So disappointing and now I'm stuck with it.
It makes glitter stick well 4
Vicky from Bakersfield CA
the only issue I had with this base was it made my eyelid sticky. I have almond eyes so my lid tends to crease and it was hard to blend eyeshadow over the base but it really did keep the glitter on the lid.
Not a good option for a full day 3

By 5pm this was creasing a transferring waterproof liquid eyeliner. It applied easily and the price is great, but I don't recommend this if you want something that lasts.

I bought this bc everyone had great things to say about this primer and well it sucks. I question if this is even a primer honestly. The milani shadow primer is way better than this ever will be. this product creases a lot and very quickly, making this very unreliable for an everyday look.

I got this eyeshadow base in nude and it's a great affordable option to the high end ones. It applied well, was lightweight, and did not make my eyelids glued to my crease. Great for everyday looks. I would consider this to be mini size however a lil goes a long way.
Game changer 5

This is a game changer for my eyeshadow the colours are so much brighter with this! It works amazing with yellows! Love this primer
Impressive 5

Bought a few shadow primers that I can use aside from my Mac painterly pot and this one when used with my shims was awesome. Made the colors bold and stay on. Loved it. Totally recommend.
Works extremely well and price is perfect 5

Not going to lie, I was just a few dollars short of free shipping, so I figured I'd by an eyeshadow primer for the heck of it. This was totally worth the $5. I think you can't beat that price. I had my eyeshadow on for 12+ hours and not a single crease. Totally amazed me and definitely worth it. It's a little thick and I thought I used too much but I ended up using the right amount. I'm not crazy into makeup and I found this to be a steal!!

I liked the thickness and the nude color of the eyeshadow base but it creased on my eyelid. The only way to avoid the crease for me was to apply the base then add a translucent powder on top.
absolutely love this 5

Did NOT Make Shadow Last all Day 1

I'm 46 years old, so eye primer is getting to be important with the saggy eye thing going on. I gave this one star, because in the evenings I noticed most of my eyeshadow smudgy and oily, barely there in spots. This didn't lock anything in place. I have oily skin and want to find an eye primer that locks my morning makeup in place. This isn't the one.
I would definitely buy this over and over again. 5

This is the best eye primer for the best price. I used to buy Ulta eye primer until I found this and decided to give it a try. Works great and is super creamy and makes my eyeshadow pop! This is now my go to eye primer!

Full coverage, smooth, easy to apply 5

I ordered the J.CAT All About That Base Eye Primer in Nude because I was looking for a more economical alternative to the Urban Decay primer I normally used, and I was not let down! I have veiny eyelids and this product is full coverage, but still smooth, lightweight, and easy to remove.
Good! 5

I've never used eyeshadow primer before but honestly my eyeshadow looks stay looking great throughout the day so not gonna complain!
Doesn't work 1

I've been trying every eyeshadow primer imaginable trying to find my holy grail. This isn't it. I've tried so many different ways of applying it and nothing works. It never actually fully dries so adding eyeshadow on top is pointless because it creases so fast.
Really like this product! 5

I purchased both the nude and shimmer all about that base primers. I love the catchy name and the product was not oily, and easy to take off.
BEST EYE SHADOW BASE I HAVE EVER USED 5
MIKI from MILWAUKEE WI
I AM A MAKEUP JUNKY - I CURRENTLY HAVE AND HAVE USED ALL THE HIGH END BRAND EYE SHADOW PRIMERS - I DO NOT LIKE THE SUPER FROSTED ONES, ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE A FROSTED SHADOW. I USE A TINY BIT ON EACH EYE LID AND IT COVERS THE ENTIRE EYE. SHADOW GOES ON AND STAYS ON WITH NO CREASES. LOVE THIS - DO NOT DISCONTINUE PLEASE.
it lasted! 5

I have oily lids and folds in my crease line, this by far helped in keeping my crease mark's at bay. It did crease but not alot, it was bearly noticeable. I have used too faced, UD and alot of other brands with huge noticeable creases. I say it's a win. Im tanned skin so I loved it had a slight color, it even out my lid color so I can make my shadows pop. Only thing I hate it's only available online!

I had high hopes based on the reviews when I ordered this. Unfortunately it was if I hadn't used any primer at all and my eyeshadow creased really bad. I threw it away.
