Use applicator to sweep an allover base shade across entire lid, lashline to brow. Create dimension with medium-toned shades. Layer and blend colour into the crease and/or along lashlines. This is my one and only eye shadow product. I have used this for years and years for my hazel/brown eyes. All the shades are matte and just beautifully natural. I am so frustrated because I was using Choco-Latte and it's been discontinued and I also use Teddy Bear but the eyeshadow is different now. Why change something that works so well? Going Steady looked like a great purple but it doesn't appear as vibrant on. I ended up cancelling my order.
Teddy Bear is not a shimmer palette as advertised
Bought this for my mocha mousse inspired makeup looks. I will say that I do like this palette but I'm glad I didn't pay full price or I would return it. The colors are very soft and need a good primer to show up well. I layer mine on a brown base and they are light and soft enough to give me a blended clean look. However, I was hoping for them to be as shimmery as pictured. This has made me leery of ordering from Clinique again. Although this palette works for my needs, its not what was advertised when I purchased it.
Not enough pigment
I got the pink chocolate quad and was looking forward to trying Clinique as my skin is sensitive. Unfortunately, I can't see this on my skin even though my skin is very fair. It's like it's invisible! Won't layer or darken, no matter how much I use.
I would definitely buy this again
I'm very happy with the colors and how nice it looks on!

The Teddy Bear quad is very orange, I wouldn't even call it warm. For some skin tones this might work but I don't like it for me. I also purchased the Pink Chocolate quad and these are mostly browns and go on brown even the colors that appear in the add as a plum/pink
