Straightening from wet:
• Start with towel-dried hair and select Wet mode. Select maximum airflow and high temperature.
• Lock arms and rough dry the roots.
• Once roots are dry, unlock arms and select desired airflow and temperature. Straighten and style damp hair in sections.
Straightening from dry:
• Select Dry mode to touch-up or refresh your style. Select desired airflow and temperature, Boost mode is available if required.
• Straighten hair in sections.

Never Received - Terrible Customer Service
If I could give zero stars, in fact, minus five stars, I would. Truly the most awful customer service I have ever received. I ordered the straightener on December 24th along with a vacuum. The Vacuum came within a week, the straightener never showed up. I chatted with my first customer service agent...

Thick corse hair
My hair isn't way thick but it is way corse and this has helped it a lot with no damaging it when I straighten it.

I was incredibly skeptical of the Dyson Airstraight. I have a ton of frizzy fine blonde processed hair. I didnt think it could actually work. Just purchased during the Black Friday sale and have only used it on the setting for dry hair just to try it out and it made my hair perfectly straight with zero frizz. It literally took less than 10 minutes. Not heavy at all like another comment I read mentioned. I can actually wear my hair down now. Loving it!!
Zero cons
I am obsessed with this product. My hair is so soft snd frizz free. It uses a max of 285 degree f heat, which is way less than my straightener. If this broke every 6 months i would buy it every 6 months. Well worth the money. The only tool i use now
So worth it
I was a bit nervous to purchase this given the mixed reviews and the price, but I'm so happy that I did. I have thick and wavy hair and this glides through it like butter. It's easy to use and with 3 or 4 passes, my hair is silky straight and dry. Seriously the softest and straightest my hair has ever been, plus it lasts for 3+ days!
Best Dyson hair product
If you want a faster routine, to use fewer products, and get smooth hair this is the product for you. I have pretty straight hair (its not pin-straight but definitely no defined wave pattern) and I love this product. The obvious con is the price but if you can use ulta points and a coupon like I did, you can get a decent amount off the price.
